Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Hmong Neeg, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Hmong Neeg. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@hmongneeg.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use Hmong Neeg to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person
• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, bio, messages). By posting, you grant Hmong Neeg a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content to other users as part of the service. You are solely responsible for your content and its accuracy.

You may not post content that is sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. Profile photos must be of you and must not include minors. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.

Hmong Neeg is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that other users are who they claim to be. Use your own judgment when meeting people in person.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hmong Neeg and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
